Northern India Institute of Fashion Technology (NIIFT) was set up at Mohali in 1995 by the Govt. of Punjab under the Department of Industries & Commerce. NIIFT is imparting education in the field of Design, Management and Technology in the Northern region. Students of Northern India institutes of Fashion technology Mohali not only step ahead in Fashion Design and Management but also updated themselves with various cultural abilities being youth.
Students of Northern India institutes of Fashion technology Mohali celebrated teachers day and honoured their teachers.. Various games like musical chair, fold the paper, bangles in my hand and various other games specially designed to let teacher and student play together and strengthen this special bond.
Students performed various cultural activities to honour their teachers. Event started with Ganesh bandana to honour the teachers equivalent to God, classical dance, bollywood fussion, songs and event was ended by Gidda by students. the event created
NIIFT provides Master degree in fashion marketing and management and the event was well coordinated by these students and management. The throughout joyous mood swing in the event
