The 72nd Republic Day of India was celebrated with gaiety and patriotic fervor at Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura Near Chandigarh. The ceremony commenced with the unfurling of the National Flag. Students of Engineering, Law, Agriculture, Pharmacy, Management, Nursing, B.Ed. etc participated in various online activities like Singing, Speech, Poetry, sketching, collage, Poster making playing musical instruments etc.
Delisha & Adil from Law department bagged first & second position respectively in poster presentation while in patriotic Singing competition, Abhinav from agriculture department & Ishrat from management bagged first & second position respectively. On the occasion, the winners & all participants of the events were honoured by the college.
Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group congratulated all the winners & participants & highlighted the achievements of the college. He motivated the students to be the harbingers of a social change to build a new, better and strong India. He emphasized upon the quality education which would help in the development of the city and the country at large.
The faculty members saluted the National Flag and pledged themselves to uphold and honour the integrity, diversity and uniqueness of India. The hour long ceremony culminated with the release of tri-coloured balloons.
