Royale Estate Group (REG) marked the festival of Makar Sankranti and Lohri  with fervour and enthusiasm at the project site of Mohali Industrial Economic Zone (MIEZ) located on the Banur -Tepla road. MIEZ  is being developed by the Royale Estate Group. Members of top management and employees  were present.

      
Piyush Kansal, Director, REG said, “The festival of Makar Sankranti and Lohri holds great significance for people across the country. Punjabis worship the fire and thank God for the good harvest. We invited all MIEZ  stakeholders and members of the community and celebrated the spirit of shared prosperity.” 
Piyush Kansal said further ,”Many investors have chosen MIEZ as their destination for future growth. Making Ways Auto Industries,  Garden Engineers, Boxboard Packaging, Gupta Industry, Sunny Engineers & Aveer Industries among many more have already opted for MIEZ.”       

Talking about the MIEZ project, Neeraj Kansal, MD, REG, said: “The project is getting enquiries from varied stakeholders. We have also applied for RERA registration. MIEZ has got important approvals from the Punjab Government. A state-of-the-art facility, MIEZ, is being developed in 100 plus acres of land.” 


Ashish Mittal, another Director at REG said, “The project is in sync with the vision of ‘Invest Punjab’. It will be suitable for all kinds of industries – textiles, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, tools and precision, assembling units, printing press, building material, warehousing solutions, cold storages, engineering and fabrication units, electrical and electronic items, food and food processing, ceramics and refractories, distillery, pesticides and many more.”

It is to be noted that REG is a zero-debt company with no bank liability and obligations. “Our lands are registered in the company’s name. We work with transparency and honesty as our guiding business principle is – “Hum Banate Bhi Hain Aur Basaate Bhi Hain,” Summed up Mittal.
