In a significant step towards contributing to Ludhiana’s infrastructural and economic development, Sushma Group has acquired a 59-acre land parcel in a prime location. The strategic acquisition will see the development of a mixed-use project, comprising residential, industrial, and commercial plots, aimed at bolstering Ludhiana’s real estate landscape.
This development comes as a response to the growing demand for integrated infrastructure in Ludhiana, particularly in light of the Ajmeri-Ludhiana Economic Corridor. The project is expected to catalyze new opportunities for growth, attract businesses, and enhance the overall quality of life in the region.

This mixed-use project by Sushma Group is poised to create a ripple effect in the real estate sector, with a focus on sustainable development and modern urban planning.
