The tricity witnessed a spectacular celebration of the festive spirit of Christmas with ‘Christmas Quest,’ a 60- minute Broadway-style musical play written by Mahek Bassi. The play was narrated by a professional storyteller , Riddhima. Performances of Karmveer Bassi and Kheyana Jain who starred in the production left the audience in awe.
The musical was staged under the banner of Kay Play Adventures.
Held at Indradhanush Auditorium, Panchkula, the event brought to life an enchanting journey of beloved Christmas characters including Santa Claus, the Snow Fairy, elves, and the mischievous Grinch, as they embarked on a musical adventure towards the North Pole.
Mahek Bassi, reflecting on the event, said: “The goal was to create a magical experience for families that embodied the joy and wonder of Christmas. We wanted to captivate the imagination of children and adults alike through storytelling, music, and interactive fun.”
Audiences enjoyed a mesmerizing blend of live music, dance performances, laser animations, and engaging storytelling sessions that kept children immersed in the Christmas spirit.
Adding to the festive joy, surprise gifts were distributed, and one lucky audience member won a round trip to Dubai, making the evening truly unforgettable.
