The SAI SEVAK SCHEME being implemented on behalf of the Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi has received an overwhelming response and 532 Groups have registered for the same. This was disclosed by Chairman of Shri Saibaba Sansthan Dr. Suresh Haware at the gathering of walking Sai Palakhi representatives arriving for Darshan of Shri Saibaba Samadhi at Shirdi. Dr. Haware has appealed to these SAI SEVAKs consider Sai devotees as incarnation of God and serve them in the best manner.

He was speaking at the SAI SEVAK Gathring held at Siddha sankalp Marriage Hall, Shirdi. On this occasion Vice Chairman of the sansthan Chandrashekhar Kadam, Trustees S/Shri. Bhausaheb Wakchoure, Sachin Tambe, Pratap Bhosle, Trustee and Chairman Municipla Council Mrs. Yogitattai Shelke, Executive Officer Shrimati Rubal Agrawal and others were present. The SAI SEVAK gathering of the representatives of Padayatri Sai Palkhis arriving from all corners of the Nation and the State received an impeccable historic response.
On this occasion Dr. Haware said that receiving the blessings from Shivshankar Bhau Patil from Shegaon, the SAI SEVAK Scheme will be implemented on the basis of Sevekari Scheme being implemented at Shegaon. The scheme is being implemented in order to enhance the service attitude at Shri Saibaba Temple and so that the devotees receive service based treatment. Through this medium this honor as SAI SEVAK will be provided to the Padayatri devotees arriving with Palkhi and they will get a chance to serve Shri Sai. Each group of 21 persons has been created. 01 Group will work from SUNDAY to SATURDAY. In a week 5 groups will work in two shifts of 6 to 2 and 2 to 10. This way, a total of 210 SAI SEVAK will provide service for a week. The Scheme will start from 29th JULY 2017. Today is a historic day and the initiative has come to life with 532 groups registering for this service. These groups will be placed for service at various locations such as Temple, Prasadalaya, Hospital and residences and will be provided opportunity of Sai service for 7 days at a stretch. The SAI SEVAKs should work with service in their minds honoring devotees and felicitating them with the words of “OM SAI RAM” to see that difficulties of Sai devotees are resolved. The SAI SEVAKs will be provided with Identity Cards and Uniforms and the arrangements for their stay, food, breakfast and tea will be made FREE OF CHARGE on behalf the Sansthan. It is essential that all SAI SEVAKS should follow cleanliness. They will be given an oath to be free from vices.
