Today, The rain water entered several homes, people living near southern sector of Chandigarh and Mohali village phase 1 are the worst affected after the rain water started entered their houses around 6:30 am.
Residents had to seek a fire tenders help to drain water out also helpless stuck in flooded water. Several localities were submerged underwater, right up to the 4 feet ground floors of certain houses, and cars were seen floating around.
