Providing a fun filled and mesmerizing start to the journey of newly admitted kids, Brilliance World School , Sec 12, Panchkula organized a Fresher’s Day as a welcoming gesture for tiny tots entering pre-school. The event witnessed a huge gathering comprising of students, teachers as well as parents.
“It was an effort to make the small kids feel comfortable in the new environment which they will be facing for the first time away from their home”, said Sham Sunder, Chairman, Chairman, Brilliance World School.
Various activities were organized to involve the kids and make the event memorable. Students of KG standard, welcoming the juniors, performed on peppy songs. The pampered tiny tots seemed to be filled with excitement while dancing and playing.
In order to bring forward the talent inside the fresh batch, competitions like dance competition and ramp walk were also held. All the students participated in the competitions and were duly awarded afterwards. Three students, Madhav, Nishtha and Kavish were awarded for their walk where as Hitika and Sanskriti presented graceful dance moves which made them grab prize for best dancers.
Apart from the competition, kids were also given specific titles based upon their attire and behavior during the event. Manan bagged the title for ‘Active Child’ and Maira’s cuteness made her the ‘Cutest Baby’ of the function. The ‘Spark of the day’ was stolen by Hritvik. Piyush was given the title for being ‘well dressed’ where as Gurleen caught everybody’s attention after being awarded for both ‘well dressed’ and ‘surprising performance.’
Brilliance World School has been organizing various functions involving the students which are essential apart from the education provided in classrooms. This event was also one among them.
