Pre-monsoon hit Chandigarh and surrounding areas on Monday Morning. The temperature decreased to 28℃ from 37℃.
The pleasant weather outside forced everyone to come out of home and enjoy. Children were seen playing during the heavy rain in Chandigarh and roads were submerged after heavy rains.
