Ankur School in Sector 14 here today organised a free dental check up camp. The school children were examined and were made aware how important it is to brush teeth everyday.
On this a team of doctors from PGIMER Oral Health Sciences Centre examined the children. The team was headed by Dr. Sanjeev and Dr. Ankita who examined children between 3 to 7 years of age from pre-nursery to Class I.
The school principal Parminder Duggal said such camps are a routine keeping in mind the overall health of the children. A brochure giving precautions for dental care was also given to students.
