Law students of Aryans College of Law, Rajpura, Near Chandigarh, brought laurels to the college in the final examinations conducted by Punjabi University, Patiala.
In BA-LL.B (5th Sem), Gurpreet Kaur bagged 1st position with 68.8%, Sanyam bagged 2nd position with 68.2%, Harwinder Singh bagged 3rdposition with 66.6% marks. In BA-LL.B (3rd Sem), Simranjit Kaur bagged 1st position with 74.2% marks, Neetu bagged 2nd position with 68.2% marks, Simran Sharma bagged 3rd position with 66.8% marks.
In LL.B (5th Sem), Pallavi Sharma bagged 1st position with 7 SGPA, Aarti Sharma, Inderjeet Kaur, Baldeep Singh bagged 2nd position with 6.8 SGPA, Sarbjeet Kaur, Balbir Singh, Sahil Gupta, Amit Kumar bagged 3rdposition with 6.6 SGPA.
Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group congratulated the students and faculty for the hard work. He said that girls are competing well with the boys not only in academics but in sports, innovations, cultural also. Such academic results will inspire & motivate more parents to send their daughters for the higher studies.
Prof. B.S Sidhu, Director, Aryans Group said that such excellent results by the students add more name and fame to the College. “Quality education is motto of the institution and result of the students has proved that we have been successful in our endeavours” Sidhu added.
Mr. Steven Jawinda, Registrar, Aryans Group said that Aryans is the only Law College in the region to be associated with Common Law Admission Test (CLAT). He added that for the first time, Pearson VUE on behalf of Law School Admission Council (LSAC) has made Aryans College of Law the Exam centre for Law School Admission Test (LSAT). The score of the test is being used by famous law schools of America & Canada i.e Harward, Yale, Stanford University, British Columbia, Chicago etc.
