अनचाही मुसीबतों का जीवन में आ जाना।
खुशी से भरी जिंदगी को नज़र लग जाना,
चलती गाड़ी के जैसे पहिया थम जाना।
दारू पीने वाली महफिलों का थम जाना,
घर में बस मातम ही मातम छा जाना।
शौक जताने वालों का तांता लग जाना,
दोस्त और रिश्तेदारों से घर भर जाना।
क्या हुआ कैसे मरा,पूछे तो पड़े बताना,
यही बताते बताते घर वालों का थक जाना।
जीते जी मिले जिसे हर बात बात पर ताना,
मर गया तो तारीफ करें,दुनिया का क्या कहना।
जन्म लेते ही बच्चों को पड़े क्यों रोना,
अब समझे जीवन को सरल नही है ढोना।
मौत का आना खुद ज़िन्दगी का रुख्सत हो जाना,
