&pictures with Eros International and Next Gen Films presented ‘Main Hoon Michael’, the biggest celebration of dance, in Mumbai on 7th July. Just ahead of his theatrical release ‘Munna Michael’, B-town’s latest dancing sensation and one of MJ’s biggest fan, Tiger Shroff, along with Nidhhi Agerwal, presented an evening of outstanding performances along with some of the best dancers from across the country.
The highlight was Tiger Shroff’s heartfelt tribute to the greatest dancing legend, Michael Jackson, which will have him groove to the hits of his upcoming film. Adding to his effortless dance moves was his leading lady Niddhi Agerwal, the talented contestants of Dance India Dance and the famous dance troupe MJ 5. To spruce up the musical fervor, the event also witnessed the rocking Meet Bros and the melodious Amit Mishra who stormed the stage.
‘Main Hoon Michael’ Dance event was the Grand Finale to the tri-city talent hunt carried out in Ahmedabad, Lucknow and Indore to identify the biggest fans of Michael Jackson. Out of the numerous participants who flooded the audition venues, nine shortlisted contestants battled it out at the finale in Mumbai. The Main Hoon Michael talent hunt is an effort to identify hidden dancing talent from across India and a few lucky ones who got the opportunity to share the stage with Tiger Shroff. Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Niddhi Agerwal teamed up with Tiger to form a part of the jury panel to felicitate the best dancers at the mega event.
The synergy between brands is clear with &pictures – Naye India ka Blockbuster Movie channel targeting young audiences and Eros International’s Munna Michael also reaching out to and inspiring the youth of India. Produced by Eros International, Viki Rajani’s Next Gen Films and directed by Sabbir Khan, Munna Michael stars Tiger Shroff, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and debutante Nidhhi Agerwal. The film will release in theatres on July 21.
