Ltd. recognized for his expertise in creating market niches. Their selection to launch the series highlights the focus on leveraging top talent to provide meaningful, practical knowledge.

Mr. Puneet Verma, Vice-President, TiE Chandigarh in his opening remarks, emphasized the strategic thinking behind the series, designed to provide insights about varied challenges faced by existing TiE members, to explore niche areas and broader business topics. He unveiled new masterclass series aimed at empowering entrepreneurs with essential insights from top industry experts. Over the past 2-3 years, this idea has evolved into a mission to equip entrepreneurs with the critical tools necessary to excel in today’s dynamic market. Each month, the masterclass series will offer impactful learning opportunities, ensuring that entrepreneurs are well-prepared to navigate the complexities of the modern business landscape.

Harit Mohan’s session, titled “Building Your International Dream Sales Team – The Art of Generating Sales,” highlighted the importance of trust and empowerment within sales teams. He emphasized the role of advanced tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems in transforming outreach strategies and optimizing sales processes. Harit also shared strategies for differentiating between ‘hunters’ and ‘farmers’ within a sales team to boost performance. His discussion included trade secrets such as the implementation of night shifts and the understanding of the 6-12 month cycle necessary for successful B2B organic sales. Harit further advised on effective hiring strategies, emphasizing the value of sourcing talent from competitors and colleges, particularly in the US market, where consistency and diligence are paramount. Additionally, he underscored the effectiveness of aggressive sales tactics like cold calling and WhatsApp messaging, coupled with comprehensive training for new hires.

Ravi Sharma’s session, “Learn to Create a Niche in Business – Scale with Pride,” focused on the intricacies of niche business development. He discussed the need for tailoring sales strategies to align with profitability and effective account management, ensuring sustained growth within a niche. Mr. Ravi highlighted the critical role of continuous market research, competitor analysis, and self-assessment in maintaining a competitive edge. He also stressed the importance of SEO in driving growth and maintaining visibility in niche markets. Mr. Ravi cautioned against common pitfalls such as choosing an overly competitive niche or relying on a single revenue stream, and addressed the challenges of niching down, including making tough decisions and navigating market saturation risks. He provided a balanced view of the benefits and potential downsides of focusing on a niche market, offering practical advice on how to establish a niche by targeting the right market segment, building authority through social proof, and engaging in industry discussions on platforms like LinkedIn.

The Masterclass concluded with an interactive Q&A session, allowing attendees to gain personalized insights and delve deeper into the topics discussed.

The speakers were felicitated by the Executive Council team of TiE Chandigarh, including Mr. Satish Kumar Arora (President), Mr. Puneet Verma (Vice President), Mr. Brahm Alreja (Secretary), Mr. Advait Upadhyay (Joint Secretary & Treasurer).
