Chandigarh Management Association organised a brilliant talk on Criminal Justice in India by a top Advocate of the Country – Sh K T S Tulsi Senior Advocate Supreme Court of India and Member Rajya Sabha. Dr Balram Gupta Director Judicial academy Chandigarh also graced the occasion. Sh Tulsi Who is scholarly and legal luminary explained the intricacies of Law in a candid and lucid manner He explained that Justice delayed is Justice denied. He enlightened the gathering about the high frequency of crimes against women, Crippling Judicial system leading to increased pendency in cases. Many a times cases remain pending in courts during the life time of petitioners or respondents and judgement is still awaited He explained how due to delay in imparting justice aggrieved parties take the help of Mafia. He suggested that police station and courts should be in the same building to ensure early decisions. Dr Balram Gupta in his address praised the work of Sh Tulsi in the field of law and said the work of Sh Tulsi is like open heart surgery in criminal Law.
On this occasion Sh. Anshu Kataria Chairman Aryan Group of Colleges was also present and Sh Tulsi applauded the students of Aryans College of Law for their innovative project “eMunshi- Advocate Diary” app. This Legal Tech Startup- an Android App buzzes an alarm and reminds the lawyers about the important Court Date and cases.
The event was largely attended by the members of Chandigarh Management Association and other distinguished guests.

Sh Tulsi further said that the technological intervention in the legal education by Aryans students would ease the advocates and his Munshi’s to maintain and remember their forthcoming case dates.
