The Post Graduate Government College for Girls, Sector- 42, Chandigarh has organized a one day Awareness Programme on the topic “Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)” for the college students of B.Sc. & M.Sc. in collaboration with Rayat-Bahra University, Mohali . The programme was held under the aegis of State Project Directorate (RUSA), U.T., Chandigarh. The Principal, Prof.Binu Dogra, inaugurated the programme and introduced the theme to the audience. Prof. S.L. Harikumar, Dean, Academic Affairs, Univ. School of Pharmaceutical Sciences& Univ. School of Medical & Allied Sciences,Rayat-Bahra University, Mohali and Mrs. Harvinder Kaur, Deputy Dean, Univ. School of Sciences, Rayat-Bahra University, Mohali are the resource persons and apprised the students of different aspects of IPR. Around 500 students attended the programme, interacted with the speakers and also participated in the Quiz conducted on this very topic.
