Punjab Unaided Colleges Association (PUCA) expressed deep sorrow on the sad demise of Sardarni Jarnail Kaur, mother of Dr. Zora Singh (Chancellor, Desh Bhagat University) and wife of freedom fighter, Late Sh. Lal Singh. A condolence meet of PUCA office bearers was held today to pay tribute to the departed soul.
