Snapdeal, India’s leading value-focused e-commerce firm has introduced ‘Pay Per Transaction’ model of advertising for its sellers. The sellers who advertise on Snapdeal under this model pay only when they successfully complete an order triggered by the advertisement.

About 10,000 sellers have already signed up for the postpaid campaign. The campaign has been a great hit with sellers across categories.

To create a Pay Per Transaction campaign, sellers can go to the ‘Advertise’ tab in the seller panel and choose campaign type to ‘Postpaid’. The seller then selects the category and subcategory to start the campaign.

With the launch of the postpaid model, sellers will be able to improve sales without any upfront marketing investment. This is in line with Snapdeal’s commitment to ensure healthy growth for the sellers’ businesses.

Snapdeal also offers a prepaid, ‘Pay Per Click’ model, which allows sellers to enhance their visibility on the app and website.

Snapdeal is India’s leading no-frills, value-focused e-commerce marketplace, connecting independent sellers to buyers. Nearly 77 million users visit Snapdeal every month to browse and buy from nearly 200 million SKUs listed on the platform by nearly 500,000 registered sellers.

Snapdeal is a neutral marketplace that provides a level playing field to all its sellers. It does not control any inventory and does not offer any private labels of its own. All sellers on Snapdeal are independent third-party sellers.
