A workshop on Bonsai making and Exhibition of painted pots was organised by Botanical Association under Botany Department, DAV College, sector 10, Chandigarh. In this event 60 students participated along with faculty members of the college. Students with best presentation of pots were also awarded with first , second and third prizes. The chief guest and judge of the occasion was Dr Jaspreet Kaur , Assistant professor,Botany Department, Panjab University. Principal sir Dr Pawan Sharma was the chief patron of the program and he also delivered few words of wisdom and encouraged the students. Students were benefitted from the event as it helped widening their knowledge about the subject and got opportunity to show there creativity.
