Hartek Foundation, a leading name in the field of corporate responsibility and community development, proudly announces the inauguration of first-ever Skill Lab at the District Deaddiction & Rehabilitation Centre in Sector 66, Mohali. This government led de-addiction centre has been set up to provide free and easy treatment to patients who want to quit drugs. The momentous event took place on September 5th, 2023, with the honorable presence of Smt Aashika Jain, IAS, Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Mohali, along with Sh.Gurpreet Singh Bhullar, IPS, IG and Dr. Sandeep Garg, IPS, SSP, Mohali who graced the occasion as the chief guest.
The Hartek Skill Lab represents a significant milestone in the journey towards rehabilitating and empowering individuals recovering from addiction. It is designed to provide them with a platform to acquire essential vocational skills, ultimately enabling their reintegration into society as self-reliant and skilled contributors.
The presence of the Deputy Commissioner of Mohali at the inauguration underscores the community’s collective commitment to the well-being and rehabilitation of its members.
