On the auspicious occasion of the consecration (Pran Pratishtha) ceremony of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya- a tricity based NGO Shree Shyam Karuna Foundation organized a community kitchen, or ‘bhandara’ under the leadership of the NGO’s founder Amitabh Rungta.
The ‘bhandara’ was the 97th in a series of community kitchen’s being held by Shree Shyam Karuna Foundation and was organized for the needy people in Panchkula’s Industrial Area Phase 1 here
Along with Amitabh Rungta, other members of the foundation, Chaitanya Rungta, Pragati Rungta, Deepali Rungta, Anupama Rungta, Shekhar Jha, Sukhpal Singh, Suresh Jangra, Nidhi Sandhu, Sushant, Raju, Seema Avdesh and others were present.
On this occasion, Amitabh Rungta said that the consecration of the idol of Lord Shri Ram in Ayodhya is a matter of joy for all the tricity residents. He added that on this day, everyone should light lamps in their courtyards.
