Aryans Business School (ABS), Chandigarh organized a seminar on “Psychological development: a prerequisite for successful development” at its Campus. Mr. Vipin Narula, Business man of the year 2012-13, an IT Professional from Yes Corporate Solutions was the key note speaker.
Mr. Narula focused on the ways to become a successful entrepreneur. He interacted with students on the self help movement dealing with success, goals and related concepts. He discussed about various opportunities to broaden the skills in contemporary best practice and make a measurable impact that will sustain the profitable growth of organization in changing business environment.
Mr. Narula focused on how to build a successful winning entrepreneurial mindset, how to understand your role as an entrepreneur, how to be more focused and improve the productivity and how to establish a self coaching process. He ended up with the motivational message that, it is never too late to develop a successful and winning mindset, the greatest investment you can make is to invest in yourself.
After the lecture, a Question/Answer round was also held. Sh. Narula made all the queries of the audience clear regarding various problems and issues related to successful development. Director, Aryans Group, B.S. Sidhu extended Vote of Thanks for the tips given by Mr. Narula at the end of the Lecture.
