Basant Panchami was today celebrated with full vivacity and festivity at Khalsa College of Technology and Business Studies in Phase 3 A here today. The members of the college decorated the campus with yellow rangoli. Staff and Students wore yellow cloth and Yellow rice a dish specific to the occasion was also distributed among all present.
The students showcased the vibrant tradition of Punjab depicting the spirit of inner freedom, creative pride and zest for life. College Principal, Dr. Harish Kumari explained about the significance of festival. The programme ended with appreciation certificates for winning candidates in various competitions.
