The Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) GGDSD College unit today initiated a patriotic campaign, “Tiranga in Every Hand”, to mark the 76th Republic Day. The campaign aims to ignite a sense of nationalism and pride among students by encouraging them to honor the tricolor and the values it represents.
The campaign witnessed active participation from students and faculty members, who came together to distribute the national flag across the campus and surrounding areas. As part of the initiative, ABVP members also enlightened the students about the values of our constitution and how it has shaped Bharat in 21st century.
Speaking on the occasion, ABVP Punjab State Joint Secretary, Ishupal Choudhary, said, “The Republic Day is not just a celebration; it is a reminder of our responsibility to uphold the ideals enshrined in the Constitution. Through this campaign, we aim to instill a sense of pride and unity among the youth, ensuring that the tricolor becomes a symbol of our collective commitment to nation-rebuilding.”
The campaign received an overwhelming response from students, who expressed their enthusiasm to carry forward the spirit of patriotism beyond the Republic Day celebrations. ABVP GGDSD College unit has reaffirmed its commitment to fostering nationalistic values and creating awareness about the importance of active participation in nation-building.
