Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura, Near Chandigarh witnessed Festivity & Vibrancy with the celebration of Teej at its Campus. Female staff and students participated in various colourful activities on the occasion.

On the occasion, all the girls were dressed in traditional Indian wear. Music and dance completed the celebrations. The girls sang beautiful cultural songs “Lok Geet” and made the environment totally melodious.

Director, Aryans Group, Raman Rani Gupta talking about the significance of the Teej festival quoted “by participating in such traditional festivals we stay connected to our rich cultures, traditions and heritage. Other items like Giddha, dances and Punjabi folk dances and forms made the occasion more colourful and meaningful.

Dr. Raman appreciated the efforts of the girls and said the celebration of all such festivals and functions not only provide joy, but were also a way of reviving and keeping alive the traditions and customs which were vanishing these days.
