Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura, Near Chandigarh celebrated virtual Baisakhi with great fervour and gaiety in association with Mantav Media, Chandigarh. On this occasion, Bigg Boss 13 fame, renowned actress & fitness blogger Ms Dalljiet Kaur interacted with the Aryans students of Engineering, Nursing, Pharmacy, Law, Management, Education and Agriculture. Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group congratulated the actress & presided over the event.
Students & faculty of Aryans enjoyed Vibrant and exhilarating folk dance Giddha and Bhangra with Dalljiet. Dhol beats and Punjabi folk music added to their excitement to the moment. It was a treat to see the students dressed in colourful Punjabi traditional outfits.
Dr. Garima Thakur, Deputy Director, Aryans Group was the moderator of this event. She apprised the youngsters about the rich culture and heritage of Baisakhi merriments.
It is to mention that Ms Dalljiet kaur is a part of prestigious 27 television shows and has worked in top TV channels including ZEE, Star plus, Sony, Colors etc. She has participated in “Bigg Boss 13” & was also the winner of Famous show “Nach Baliye”. She has played leading roles in Guddan tumse na ho paayega, Kaala Teeka, ZeeTV; Qayamat ki raat, Boss webseries, Balaji Iss pyaar ko kya naam doon, StarPlus; CID, Sony etc.
