Bharat Vikas Parishad, Vivekanand, Zirakpur in association with Delhi Cambridge School organised Blood Donation camp under supervision of medical team from GMCH sec 32, Chandigarh and free medical check up camp by Trinity Hospital.
The camp witnessed free health check up of about 150 people and around 50 volunteers came forward for blood donation.The President of Bharat Vikas Parishad Arsh Aggarwal and his devoted team members, Deepti Bhatia, Niharika Garg,Anil Tondon,Vikas Gupta,Pawan Garg, Gagan Mehta, Meena Mehta,Deepti Aggarwal along with respected mentor Dr A K Sinha IAS(Retd.) of Delhi Cambridge school, Principal Mrs Nitu Kumar and Coordinator Monika Chopra played a vital role to aware the mass for general health issues and our social and moral purpose of blood donation.
Presence of Mrs.Ekta Nagpal Vice President,Mahila Morcha,Punjab and Sh. Nonihal Singh Sodhi, renowned social worker and Agnihotri ji,as chief guest graced the event.
They appreciated the joint efforts by Bharat Vikas Parishad and Delhi Cambridge school for the noble cause of health awareness and blood donation.
The blood donors were presented a momento as appreciation token.
Proper medical checkup was done prior blood donation and healthy refreshments were offered to the respected donors.
The volunteers for blood donation and the people benefitted from the health check up camp appreciated the joint efforts by Bharat Vikas Parishad and Delhi Cambridge school, zirakpur.
