Entrepreneur Neeraj Kansal’s mission to take academic coaching to the grass root level to benefit those in utmost need of it has bagged him the GICA Educational Leadership Excellence award at the Global Indian Conclave and Awards (GICA) ceremony held in New Delhi.
Union Minister for Transport and National Highways Nitin Gadkari bestowed him the prestigious award at a ceremony organised by Shaurya India in association with NGO ‘I Am Still Human’ (IASH).
Sharing his feelings, Neeraj Kansal, CEO, Crack Academy, said: “This recognition acknowledges the significant contributions by the entire Crack team towards innovation and excellence in the field of education. It also serves as a source of inspiration and encouragement to further improve academics at the grass root level. I dedicate the award to the entire team”.
Asserting that Crack Academy has exemplified a commitment to excellence, pioneering innovation, and transformative impact, Mr Kansal said “we are continuously pushing the boundaries to foster academic excellence”.
The Crack Academy, which is headquartered in Chandigarh capital region, has done the region proud by winning accolades at the national level. Mr Kansal is a Civil Engineering Gold Medalist who has been selected thrice for UPSC interviews besides having achieved success as an entrepreneur. A thought leader, Mr Kansal launched India’s first EduTech platform and its successor Crack Academy is a niche novel pan India which is set to change the face of the education industry in the country.
Crack Academy was born out of an understanding that a major proportion of small town students lagged behind due to lack of national level coaching facilities, appropriate guidance and classroom experience. Crack Academy is filling this ‘huge need’ by delivering an affordable and accessible Ed-tech solution through the establishment of partner-owned classroom centres in small towns in order to bridge critical learning gaps with a visionary approach.
