Dad’s dream fullfiled today: Designer Neha Arora

Dad’s dream was to make me turn into a Fashion designer. He is into clothing business from 1987 and always dreamt of seeing me designing clothes. My dad is so proud today as I am launching my first ever exclusive Designer clothing studio in Chandigarh, says Designer and Former INIFD Student Neha Arora.

Neha needs no introduction as she is the first designer from Tricity who participated in London Fashion Week in 2017. She has also showcased her designs in Tricity Fashion Week and now planning for New York Fashion Week.

Giving wings to her fashion acumen & skills, she has commenced ‘Neha Arora’, a venture of S.H. Clothing. The exclusive designer clothing studio was launched here today, by Ms. Ritu Kochhar, INIFD Director, and celebrity guests Oshin Brar and Inder Chahal.

While elaborating on her label Neha Arora, she said, “I am coming up with New Summer Collection which will be printing based in wedding wear. I am coming up with something unique as collection will feature bridal clothing made from printing designs. Pastel, Yellow and blue colors are in trend specially for Bridal wears now which allows designers to think out of the box for traditional bridal clothing styles.”

Neha is working from her home in Mohali from past 6 months and receiving tremendous response from her clients. Sharing her experience and talking about price range she said, ” I am working from my home only. It’s been around 6 months and my clients are loving my work. The demand for my work encouraged me to open my studio in Chandigarh. What is unique in my collection is that I go according to the client’s budget. I don’t give them my clothing price rather customize their outfits according to their wish in their own budget only. My main focus remains on Indian wear and I will be soon coming up with Men’s wear collection which will include Jumpsuits and Indo-western styles for men. Customize dresses range starts from Rs 5000 and goes on till client’s demand.”
