A gastronomic and innovative experience was initiated by the freshman students of UEI Global Chandigarh by showcasing the Awadhi food theme “Dastarkhwan-e-Awadh” on Saturday, the 15th of October, at Sector – 34 campus. The food festival features a wholesome menu created from authentic Awadhi ingredients served in an ambience created to make the patron get a feel of Awadh.
And, the guest was none other than their own parents, guardians and relatives who savoured the delicacies while watching them being created and the students had an exciting time creating, serving and explaining their creations!!
The parents and relatives of students too had a fabulous time; they interacted with the UEI fraternity, enjoyed watching their ward’s creativity and carried home a string of memories.
