DAV College reaches out to Jagtpura school kids for cleanliness message
Volunteer and programme officers of NSS DAV College, Chandigarh today visited Jivanmukti Nishulk Vidyalaya of Jagatpura Village to spread the awareness drive on cleanliness under Swachhata Pakhwara week. Volunteers staged Nukkad Natak on the same theme which was thoroughly enjoyed by the school children. The poster competition was held at the school in which 60 students tried their hand. Prizes were given to the winners by the Programme Officers Dr. Kulvir Sra Dhindsa and Dr. Raman Kamboj along with the school incharge Ms Ishu. NSS volunteers interacted with the school children to spread the word about keeping the surroundings clean and free from garbage thus preventing the lurching danger of dreadful diseases.
