Today, DGP/UT, Sh. Sanjay Baniwal, IPS, released the book titled “Jallianwala Bagh” (Accidental death in the heart till the doom) written by renowned writer Prof. M M Juneja at his office at Police Headquarters, UT, Chandigarh. Acharyakul and Chairman of Chandigarh Freedom Fighter K K Sharda, Noted litterateur Prem Vij, renowned industrialist Sunil Chaudhary were present on the occasion. On this occasion, Police Chief Sh. Sanjay Baniwal appreciated this effort of Juneja. The new chair will be inspired by this book. The book based on research, of 160-pages highlights why the incident took place on 13 April, 1919, what the results were and the message of the incident.
