A FDP on “Integrated Approaches in Biological Sciences” was organised by UGC-HRDC, Panjab University in collaboration with Departments of Biotechnology, Botany and Zoology, DAV College, Sector-10, Chandigarh under the ageis of Rashtriya Uchhatar Siksha Abhiyan from the 22nd to 28th February, 2022 in online mode. It was attended by 31 faculty teaching in various biology departments from all over the country.
The FDP was inaugurated by Dr. Sanjeev Khosla, Director, IMTECH, Chandigarh. The valedictory address was given by Dr. Arun S. Kharat, Department of Applied Microbiology, SLS, JNU. 16 lectures were delivered by eminent scientists, 15 of whom were members of the Academy of Sciences. The participants were very happy to be a part of such a scientifically rewarding programme.
