Music is something I live for. It is necessary for my life just like food. I live in UK and have been brought up there only. I feel so proud that I represent my country overseas and that too for music. It’s an exceptional feeling to let western audience accept music from your country. I was one who remixed many traditional old songs and let the trend increase. Western Audience enjoyed my music as much as Indian Audience did, says DJ producer Bally Sagoo.

Bally needs no introduction as he is already famous for his songs Laung gwaca, aaja bachke, dil cheez, Gur nalon ishq mitha and many more. He was in town to make Chandigarhians dance on his tunes at FLYP@MTV, Chandigarh.

With the gloominess of whole week kicking in, audiences were in for the celebrations galore as the upbeat of Sagoo did not let anyone’s feet stick to the ground.  The King of Bhangra played till late into the night and says he loved the way the crowd responds to his music.

“The ambience and the atmosphere of FLYP@MTV are commendable. The interiors are quirky yet soothing with colourful installation and performing on this truck converted stage really does reflect the distinct personality of Chandigarh. The amazing and supportive crowd of Chandigarh truly made this a memorable night” say Bally in a conversation.

Jamseet Marwah, Chairman, Funbars Hospitality says, “After our Grand Launch, we wanted to bring an exclusive experience for the guests and we thought what better than a celebrated Punjabi artist, Bally Sagoo. We are looking forward to bring the best talent in the upcoming weeks and this is just the beginning.”

FLYP@MTV is a melange of global flavours and local aesthetics which aims to bring an edge to the existing entertainment options, providing exclusive space for millennial to co-work, along with promotion of local talent.
