Bharitya Janta Party while celebrating Centenarian of Pandit Deen Dyal Upadhyay has organized a free eye checkup camp in the ward number 20, labour colony number 4, Chandigarh, with the help of Garewal Eye Institute. BJP President Sh. Sanjay Tondon and Mayor Asha Jaswal inaugurated the free check up camp with lightening of lamp. Municipal Councilor Shakti Parkash Devshali was also present on the occasion.
Total 169 patients were checked up in the camp, out of which 17 patients found were given dates for free operation of white cataract by the hospital under CSR responsibility. District General secretary B.S.Saini, District Vice president Megh Raj Verma, Ram Balak Shukla, Mandal President Shilanath Gupta, Mandal Genral Secretary Suresh Kumar, Stabir Thakur, Advocate Kuldeep Thakur, Supriya Goyal, Leelawati, Pushpa Devi, Deenanath Chouhan, Nandlal Pardad, Dr. Arun Kumar, Brijbhan Yadav, Ramesh Kumar, Ram Awadh and Parkash Gosai were present on the occasion.
