An Exhibition was organized by the Department of Home Science, Guru Gobind Singh College for Women, Sector-26 on 17th March, 2017. There was a display of wide ranging items including Handiwork, cutlery, food and colorful dresses made by the students of the Department.
Articles made by block painting and embroidery were displayed and appreciated by all. Delicacies such as cakes, chaat, cutlets etc. were relished by the staff and students of the college.
Principal Dr. Charanjeet Kaur Sohi applauded the efforts of the students and emphasized the importance of Home Science as a useful discipline.
