NSS unit of Govt College of Commerce and Business Administration, Sector 50 Chandigarh organized a talk to Pay Tribute to the Victims of this cold blooded genocide on the 100th Anniversary of the Jallianwala Bagh Massacre. The College invited Mr Gurpal Singh Brar, Senior Journalist at News Number who shared the insights of the incident and about its History with the students related to Jallianwala Bagh Massacre.
He further stressed upon the Right to Vote and to make the most righteous use of our right for the betterment of our country. Towards the end of his talk, he shared a video with the audience referring the Jallianwala Bagh massacre as a shameful Act The Prime Minister of the Britain. NSS Programme Officers Dr Manoj Kumar Bhambu and Dr Renuka Mehra alongwith NSS volunteers and Faculty of the college attended the lecture.
Further a two minute Silence was observed by everyone present there.
