Maharishi Dayanand Public School, Daria, Chandigarh has opened the new session through WhatsApp to avoid adverse impact on education in the wake of the Corona epidemic crisis and curfew. New session was inaugurated with Vedic mantrocharan.
The principal of the school, Dr. Vinod Kumar Sharma, told that till the situation of the corona virus outbreak becomes normal, all the students of the school will do the homework of the school daily at the scheduled time through WhatsApp. He said that separate WhatsApp groups of all the classes have been formed and guidelines have been issued to the subject teachers of all related subjects to provide homework to the students daily.
Dr. Vinod Sharma said that all the students have been advised to stay at their home during lockdown and also to follow the guidelines issued by the government from time to time. He has also appealed to parents to take full care of their children’s education, so that no child is left behind in studying through homework. He said that if any student could not join the WhatsApp group due to some reason, he should inform the concerned class teacher through phone soon.
