Marbella Grand and Sportsaga jointly donated footballs to the winners of mud soccer competition held during the Holympics. These winners hail from slum areas. The beneficiaries belong to two clubs – Indian Cheetas (Sector 49) and Velocity FA (Sector 28).
Piya Kohli, Director, Sportsaga said, “Coach Shivender and Sandeep had trained these players from the slums free of cost. They are the winners of mud soccer in U14 and U10 categories and footballs and cash prize of Rs 5,100 were given to both the teams by Marbella Grand and Sportsaga so that they can focus more towards this game and build their career.”
Shiv Aggarwal, Director, Marbella Grand said, “The event was a big hit among the sports lovers. We associated with a sports fest like this for the first time and are happy with the successful outcome of the fest.”
The two-day Sports Carnivval ‘The Hoympics’ was held under the aegis of SportSaga in association with Marbella Grand, SRG Group, Chandigarh Football Association (CFA), Swiggy, HDFC Home loans, Alturas G4 By Mahindra and Royal Enfield at Marbella Grand, Mohali.
