Jasjyot Singh Almast, a city resident was felicitated with Mayor’s Award on the occasion of Independence Day on Wednesday. He was given the award by Davesh Moudgil, city mayor and K.K. Yadav, Commissioner, MC, Chandigarh.
Jasjyot Singh is the Founder President of “Society for Divine Reiki Meditation (NGO)”. Founder Sr.Vice President of “Yuva Sankalap Foundation (NGO)”.
A resident of Sector 27, he has organized around 12 Reiki healing camps, 11 blood donation camps besides being a blood donor himself. Jasjyot Singh has been promoting organ donation awareness and has been organizing national integration seminars across the country. In addition, he has actively participated in various social activities and protests against social evils.
