To mark national science day Bose Biological association of DAV College sector 10 organised essay writing competition and poster making competition for the students of under-graduation. It was a two days event which included essay competition and poster making competition. The events were related to environmental issues. The students participated in both the competition enthusiastically. Amanpreet Kaur bagged the first prize, Nitika Thakur bagged the second prize while Priyanka Mehla got third prize and Vaishali bagged the consolation prize. In the poster making competition Alisha and Parul bagged the first prize, Mandeep and Ashish bagged second prize while Manika and Vaishali bagged the third position. more than 120 students participated in both the competitions. Principal Dr BC Josan lauded the efforts of the students and the faculty members of Departments of Botany and Zoology.
