Paras Bliss Hospital, Panchkula organized a baby show in celebration of the special bond between mothers and their children. The aim was to showcase the endearing qualities of every baby and to extend supportive care to the mother and child.
Children from age groups of 0-1, 1-3, and 3-5 years were invited to participate in the event. The show had awards for Twinkle Toes, Dance Talent, Sunniest Smile and Most Aware Baby.
Individual winners in each category were crowned by the jury of childcare experts and were given prizes. The jury included,Dr. Mukesh Kumar, Consultant Pediatrics, Dr. S K Gambhir, Senior Consultant OBS, Dr. Monica Agarwal, Senior Consultant OBS, Dr. Shilva, Senior Consultant OBS, Mrs Alka Babuta, Vice Principal of The Sky World School, Panchkula, Dr. Ashish Arora, Consultant Internal Medicine, All the participating children and parents were given refreshments and toys as a token of appreciation.
Mr. Ritesh Mittal, Unit Head, Paras Bliss Hospital said, “We, at Paras Bliss, understand that for parents, a baby are the lifelines of their parents. The aim of this show is to enjoy the journey of parenthood. The main objective of the baby show is to create a support group, help mothers and baby to socialize and build a friendly network. We believe well-being of a child is very important and is all about physical, mental and emotional health. With this show we hope that the parents will get a fresher prospective for childcare.”
“The show focused on the all-round development of babies and saw a massive turnout. Every child is unique and talented in his or her own way. In baby show we look for the well being of baby and how attentive the baby is. These types of events helps baby to get better exposure and knowledge”, said Dr. KLN Rao, Director Pediatric Surgery, Paras Bliss Hospital, Panchkula.”
