P. G. Govt. College for Girls, Sector-11, Chandigarh added another feather to its cap by winning Panjab University Vice Chancellor’s Trophy – 2nd Runners Up for the session 2022-23 during the 63rd Panjab University Inter-Zonal Youth & Heritage Festival held at Swami Premananda Mahavidyalaya, Mukerian from 10th Nov., 2022 to 13th Nov., 2022. The trophy was awarded in the Annual Function organized by The Department of Youth Welfare, Panjab University held today.
This trophy has been awarded for the outstanding performance of the students in various competitions held at Inter-University and State level.
The college won 3rd position in Folk Dance in 36th North Zone Inter-University Youth festival, 2022-23 among 18 participating Universities. The event was organised by AIU, New Delhi at University of Jammu.
The college won 1st Position in Giddha in Punjab State Inter-Varsity Youth Festival 2022 held at Punjabi University, Patiala
Principal Prof. Anita Kaushal congratulated the students and mentors for their incessant efforts and bringing laurels to the institution.
