Students and people, who want to move to Canada for study, permanent residency (PR), employment or any other purpose, have a reason to smile. Deepansh Bhuchar, a Panjab University alumnus, who has become a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), has decided to work from Chandigarh. He is authorized to guide students in an ethical manner for their career ahead, as he is licensed by Canadian Government to advise and represent clients in front of Canadian Embassy. He can save people from the fraud happening around in immigration. It was revealed at a press meet held at Chandigarh Press Club.

Deepansh Bhuchar, a Canadian Immigration Consultant, said, “Every agent in India, if goes by the laws of Canadian immigration, submits the application of a client through one of the RCIC in Canada. Canadian Embassy gives this exclusive right only to RCICs to represent clients in front of the embassy. Prerequisite to become RCIC is being a Canadian Permanent Resident or Citizen and then to undergo a two-year University course in Canada and then crack the Govt exam in Canada. Anyone other than an RCIC is not even entitled to provide any immigration advice for a fee and thus, anyone charging money for this is a Ghost Consultant as per Canadian Immigration laws.”

An Expert in Canadian Immigration Laws and Policies, Deepansh Bhuchar’s areas of expertise include Business Immigration, Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) as well as Study Permits. There are very few RCICs having offices in Chandigarh and Punjab, around 2-3 only, that too not available personally here, as they are based in Canada. Every good Immigration company should have an RCIC on board, otherwise it is not a valid company in the eyes of Canadian law and is considered a fraud.

Deepansh Bhuchar is MD of NestAbroad Immigration, which offers various services including Study Permit, PR via Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs), Business Immigration for Investors as well as Self Employed people in the field of Music, Dance, Sports, Acting etc. For Study Permit aspirants, he has education consultants in the team, who can counsel the students looking to study in more than 100 colleges and  universities, including University of British Columbia, University of Waterloo, University of Windsor, University of Alberta, Langara College, Humber College, Canadore College and Douglas College, etc. He already has offices in British Columbia (Canada), Nawanshahar (Punjab) and Chandigarh. Soon, Calgary (Canada) and countries like the UK and Dubai will also be added to the list.

He said that Canada is welcoming 4,01,000 Immigrants in 2021; 4,11,000 in 2022, and 4,21,000 in 2023 under various categories. Covid-19 has impacted the process, however, things are improving gradually.
