If a customer wants gravy of paneer butter masala but wants their paneer to be grilled type, we are happy to do the customization, says Shruti Jamaal, owner of Newly-opened Paahalwan Mohali Restaurant.

Speaking about her new venture, Shruti told, “Fashion and Food go side-by-side. I already have a venture Scarlet by Shruti Jamaal. But me and my husband always wanted to do something different as well. We both love street food and as I belong to Jammu I wanted tricity to taste the sweets from my city.”

Paahalwan Mohali also has a diet menu included for those who love eating out but still want to focus on their diet. Enjoy street food, punjabi food, sweets and even bakee items sitting in the vibrant atmosphere of beautiful colors. Paahalwan Mohali has kept reasonable rates as per other food outlets nearby. Shruti and her family has decided not to waste the food and also not to serve the leftover food to customers.

Shruti said, “My mother-in-law is very particular about food wastage. She doesn’t let us waste even a bit of it and that is what she wants us to do in our restaurant also. We have decided if today not much food goes out in sale, we will give it on discount after 8-9 pm everyday or even we can think of giving it for free. We won’t be serving any leftover food next day to any if our customer. Also, we have a proper staff from jalandhar haveli who would be preparing the delicious punjabi dishes for us. Our aim is to satisfy the customer need, for that our staff will be customizing the food according to customer’s taste and choice.”
