SADBHAVNA DIWAS Observed by NSS DAV College

The NSS unit of D.A.V. College, Sector-10, Chandigarh observed SADBHAVNA Diwas by organising an Inter-College Online Slogan Writing Competition on 20^th August 2020. The theme of the competition was Sadbhavna: Need of the hour to battle this pandemic.  Around 25 volunteers from different colleges of North India participated in the competition and came up with innovative and unique Slogans.

Neha Kumari, Azad Singh Chauhan and Sarthak Beakta won the first, second and third prize respectively and Neha Dhiman and Amisha won the consolation prizes.

Dr. Pawan Kumar Sharma, Principal DAV college encouraged the NSS unit to keep up the good work. Dr. Veena Bhalla, the judge of the competition lauded the slogans of each and every volunteer.

NSS programming officers, Dr. Suman Kapur, Prof. Sandeep Singh and Prof. Bhushan appreciated the work of all the volunteers and observed that the slogan writing competition was the perfect means to imbibe the values of national integration, peace, affection and communal harmony among the volunteers.
