Jigyasa The Science Society of PGGCG 11 Chandigarh, organised Science Fest to celebrate National Science Day 2025 with a pivotal theme of Science & Innovation for a Developed India on 27th February, 2025. The event aimed to foster scientific curiosity, innovation, and exploration of indigenous technologies among students. Various activities, including Scientific Models, Demonstrations. Slide shows. Maths Quiz, Hest out of Waste and Speech competitions were organized to engage students from different colleges of Chandigarh This event gave a diverse hands on experience to participants wherein they could translate the theoretical scientific knowhow into presentations and demonstrations. About 90 students participated in the fest from different colleges. The event concluded with a valedictory sexson. where participants were commended for their enthusiasm, dedication, and innovative presentations throughout the fest. Principal. (Prof.) Dr. Anita Kaushal was the chief guest for the occasion. She addressed the participants and motivated them to be inquisitive for scientific knowledge, innovations and aim for great career opportunities.
