The Student Welfare Association of DAV College Chandigarh today organized a session in association with Chandigarh Police to create awareness about Cyber Security here today. The chief guest for the occasion DSP Cyber Security Cell Dr. Rashmi Sharma Yadav was welcomed by Principal Dr. Pawan Sharma along with Dean Student Welfare Dr. Kulvir Sra Dhindsa, Deputy DSWs Dr. Shivani Bedi and Mr. Rajinder.
DSP Yadav interacted with the students about the issues related to Cyber Security and a PowerPoint was shown by her team mates appraising the students about online frauds and how not to fall victim to Cyber crimes. Interns with the Cyber cell also staged a skit related to the same issue. The session was interactive and informative.
