The Study Visa Seminar by One of the Best Immigration Solicitor from UK Mr Gurpal Singh Uppal, head, Charls Simmons Immigration Solicitor, was held at Hotel Mount View, Sector 10, Chandigarh here today. The event witnessed good response from the youths and more than 100 registrations were done at the venue.
The seminar was conducted by Gurpal Singh Uppal, Solicitor, MA, LLB (Hons), Director, Charles Simmons Immigration Solicitor and head of Express Immigration Appeal Services (P) LTD.
Mr Gurpal Singh Uppal, Solicitor, M.A LLB (Hons), Head of, Charles Simmons Immigration Solicitor and Express Immigration Appeal Services, Chandigarh said, “The topics at the seminar included new High Court ruling on stateless children, sponsorship declaration, new English test for spouses, temporary workers, creative artists, musicians, actors and sports, judicial review and human rights application.”

Candidates with or without IELTS benefited from the seminar and they were given information about various scholarships. Besides this, on the spot admission, study options for nurses, lawyers, chefs etc. and meeting with the university representatives were some other striking features of the programme. Candidates with experience and professional qualification were also given guidance for PR in different countries.
