The Punjab-based NGO – Dedicated Brothers Group, to which a donation worth Rs 15 lakh was given by Sandeep Passey, Managing Director of Intersoft Data Labs & Solutions Pvt Ltd, Mohali, has helped a 25-year-old youth from Patiala who was undergoing kidney treatment. The young man’s mother wanted to save his life by donating him a kidney, but the transplant surgery was stuck as the family did not have the required funds. The NGO came to the rescue of the youth by providing financial support of Rs 2.75 lakh. It is noteworthy that Sandeep Passey had donated an amount of Rs 15 lakh to Dedicated Brothers Group under its CSR policy on the death anniversary of his father Sh. Om Prakash Passey in November 2022.

The financial assistance was to help the poor with eye surgery, cancer surgery, and kidney surgery. Passey’s company exports software and provides financial assistance to organizations working for the welfare of children, elders, and stray animals. Due to kidney failure, 25-year-old Ajay, a resident of Sanour, Punjab, had to visit PGI Chandigarh every week for dialysis. His mother Ms. Neeta Sharma was ready to give her kidney to the son, but she did not have enough funds for the transplant surgery. So, Dedicated Brothers Group took the initiative and supported the family with the required money. The organization provided this assistance to the youth through in the presence of Patiala Range IG  Mukhwinder Singh Chhina.
